Isn't it wonderful when you get a little time to yourself? I just blogged about that last week...I had a few hours to myself so I went window shopping downtown. I was so overwhelmed with all the time I had and couldn't decide what store to go into...so I just walked passed most of them. Next time I think I'll do what you did...soak my feet and give myself a pedicure!! Ohhh and the chocolate sounds great!!!

I just got back from taking my son to meet his grandparents.  He is going to stay with them for the week!  I am going to miss him so much, and find myself saying now that I have all this time to myself, what on earth will I do for the whole week? Today, I think I will just go relax by the pool with a a magazine and enjoy the peace and quiet :)  It's weird, how when we do actually have "me" time, we aren't so sure what to do with it.  At least that's how I am.  Give me a day or so, and I can probably come up with something.  I am usually crying when I tell him goodbye and my mom gets so aggravated and says "geesh, would you knock it off, go enjoy the time to yourself, you deserve it! "  I know she's right, but it's still hard, ya know?  Hope everone is having a wonderful weekend!

Where I live, the weekly Farmer's Market is starting tomorrow morning.  A friend and I decided to go together w/o the kids.  I have one and she has 4.  Praise God the daddies are willing to watch the little ones for an hour so the mommies can have fun with fresh produce

Time??!! Oh, I long for some of that!!! The last time I had some time to myself was probably a few months ago and I had so much to do at home so I cleaned. I have a hard time sitting down to relax. I always think of all the things I should be doing. It always sounds so good but when the time comes I never seem to be able to make myself take advantage of it. The girls are practically attached to me at the hip. If I'm outside working in the yard they are outside, we go together to the store...everywhere. Oh well. I guess one day they'll be all grown up and I'll wish they were still attached to my hip.
