Not a huge fan of equipment


I know that sounds funny, and I guess I'm not being very specific.  I prefer more creative ways to exercise, rather than just hopping on a weight machine at the gym.  I really like Swiss balls, free weights, tubing and bands, and other equipment like that.  I find you get a better workout that way b/c you can do things that are normal movements.  Weight machines dont mimic normal movements.

I am also a big fan of free weights :-)  For most of us, there is no need for lots of equipment :-)  You can do everything with free weights, a few bands, physioballs and med balls :-)
