Another recipe from my Italian friends!!!! Enjoy!!!
Quick Chicken Pasta
Cook some chicken breast (you
can use canned or boiled or leftovers or anything. We cooked ours in a skillet with a bit of
olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic salt and Italian seasoning)
Boil a pound or so of pasta,
like rotini and/or penne
Melt a stick of butter and
some onion in a small pot, and then add a cup of heavy whipping cream and some
salt and pepper. Let it heat up
thoroughly.
Add the chicken to the pasta,
then add an 8oz. (or more if preferred) bag of SHREDDED Parmesan cheese. Pour
the butter mixture over the pasta, chicken and cheese and stir.
You can add real garlic to
the butter and onion mixture, and/or sun dried tomatoes to the end mix.
