Another great recipe from my sis-in-law...she actually got it from a Land O Lakes box!! Its really yummy!!!

3 1/4c ap flour

1c cake flour (or 1c ap flour minus 2tbsp)

1tsp baking powder

1tsp baking soda

1 1/2c butter

1 1/4c sugar

1 1/4c packed brown sugar

2 eggs

1tbsp vanilla

2c chocolate chips (i usually put a lot more!!)

Mix dry ingredients

Cream: butter and sugars, add eggs and vanilla

Gradually add flour mixture.

Drop dough by 1/4c (for jumbo cookies) 2 inches apart

Bake @ 375 for 10-14min. Cool 1-2 min and remove.

For ultimate cookies add, peanut butter chips, white chocolate chips, coconut and walnuts!!!

This also makes a ton of cookies. I don't make them jumbo but regular size and only bake them for 9-10 min.
