Got this from my Pastor's mom. We like to eat this with spaghetti.
I loaf Italian bread from the store bakery.
Using either a basting brush or your fingers wet the top of the bread with water.
Bake @ 350 usually 10min or until the outside is hard.
Slice and serve with olive oil, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese (can-grated)
Put 1-2 tbsp olive oil in a saucer and sprinkle the salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese (to taste) in the olive oil.
Dip the bread in and enjoy!!!
